your time is not important to them unless they can make some money on it. God help anyone looking for quality . I have had 5 end tables delivered and they have all been defective in one way or another .I have lost 3 days labor as a result of there delivery scedual ( 10am - 2 pm ).After all the junk they kept delivering , there best sugestion was to try again . Sofas from the warehouse have mice inside them So I purchased a leather reclining sectional online from Jordans, paid for it cash (2100) had it delivered. The sofa looked great in the living room however I laid down on it and heard noices coming from the inside of it. What do ya know... a nest of FIELD MICE. I never jumped up so fast in my life. Apparently their warehouse is loaded with them. I do not recomend buying anything from Jordans. Bernie and Phyls...Here I Come!

nashua sleep lab I had been looking at mattress for several months,I went into Jordan's not expecting to buy one, as I had heard they were expensive.I got a sleep technician,her name was Karen.She was so pleasant and listened to me,she checked my body pressure on a machine called jazz.She educated me more in 10 minutes than I had learned in months of shopping.I had names of other mattress's that I had looked at else where and she helped me compare them to what I was looking at.Jordan's prices were better and Karen was the be... read more
Great deals on furniture I live pretty far away from this store but I still buy most of my furntiure here. The service and the quality of the furntiure is just great. And the prices beat any other furniture store prices by a mile. They do charge for delivery but it is not very expensive and the price of the furntiure is still cheaper with the delivery charge factored in. The company is very responsive to problems and correct problems immediately. They even often refund the shipping if there is a problem. The store is awesome... read more
