Trust all the negative reviews here. This company is very unprofessional and nonresponsive. They cashed in the check but never came to provide the cleaning service. They always mentioned to call back but never did. No explaination whatsoever. When scheduled for cleaning, they never show up and had to keep rescheduling. FACTS: The Phone Number on this listing matches my phone records. BOOKING: I called and got a quote for $180 for a deep cleaning of a TINY apartment, informed the caller that I have three pets. They asked me to send a $90 deposit in cash. They said they would send 2 people and it should take 1 to 2 hours. Jordan’s cleaning did a awesome job cleaning my home. There very reliable and trustworthy. I paid my deposit for appointment they showed up early and completed job as directed. Thank you so much will be using company again.
Im so upset by this company. I hired them on 2/11 for a 2/15 move in cleaning. Gave them half deposit as requested to schedule the 10 am cleaning for today. When booking was told I would get a call at 9 am to ensure I was home to let them in. No one called. At 10 am no one showed up. I’ve been calling their number since 9:30 am and even left a voicemail.
