I’m leaving 1 star ONLY because they never answer the phone/return calls. I’ve been calling multiple times to schedule an appointment, leave voicemails and yet have gotten no callback. Worst place I’ve yet to go to. So far, the experiences here seem bad so I’m not excited for my treatment here *sigh* let me try calling again for the 200th time today
Dr. Covington is excellent.
I used to love these people. Used to. Ever since Jordan Valley became holy cross it's garbage. Wound care had to fire HALF of their staff (they only kept one person of color) and cut their appointment times in half. Now they are jamming in more appointments. So now, instead of caring professionals who have the ability to focus on care, they have patient mills no longer able to care about anything.
