I’m leaving 1 star ONLY because they never answer the phone/return calls. I’ve been calling multiple times to schedule an appointment, leave voicemails and yet have gotten no callback. Worst place I’ve yet to go to. So far, the experiences here seem bad so I’m not excited for my treatment here *sigh* let me try calling again for the 200th time today
Dr. Covington is excellent.
I used to love these people. Used to. Ever since Jordan Valley became holy cross it's garbage. Wound care had to fire HALF of their staff (they only kept one person of color) and cut their appointment times in half. Now they are jamming in more appointments. So now, instead of caring professionals who have the ability to focus on care, they have patient mills no longer able to care about anything. I went in here after suffering a seizure. I've been here twice in 10 days. I recently have been given a diagnosis of ASD. When I'm disoriented or anxious it can be hard to talk to me or get me to understand. It's like talking to a toddler. When I got here and was coming out of the daze of the seizure I was also panicked because of my experience with another health care facility. I just wanna say these guys too good care of me. I am so impressed with this clinic. I brought my mom here several months ago for a diabetic pressure ulcer that was not healing. Dr Moffat and Dr Dejohn are highly skilled in the field of wound care. They are very professional and extremely friendly and make all their patients feel welcome. The office staff, the MA’s, the nurses and PA’s are all wonderful. I highly recommend this clinic.
