My mom was there and admitted in February 2020 the staff and care was great the reason for 1 star is this. My mom had congestive heart failure etc. She was released went back to work and then COVID caused her employer to ask her to stay home until they got the store set up for their safety. She did. Sadly on March 31st she passed away unexpected. Of course we had to deal with the bills from her hospital stay. We got the bill from Jordan Valley around the same time as the EOB from the insurance.
