I’m so sorry my mother has to go through these people due to limited options. I’m active and stationed in North Carolina. Almost without fail, half of her stay is begging receptionist to pass along a message or let her speak with her provider. She tells them her plans months in advance, and they simply don’t seam to care about patients. The staff of doctors.

CONT. Utah has a grade rating of DRs in the state and the worst ones are put here at this hospital. If you would like to have them guess about whats wrong with you then this is the place for you!

This is the worst hospital in the entire state. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for real help. This hospital just dances around the bush, its like they never went to school

My mom was there and admitted in February 2020 the staff and care was great the reason for 1 star is this. My mom had congestive heart failure etc. She was released went back to work and then COVID caused her employer to ask her to stay home until they got the store set up for their safety. She did. Sadly on March 31st she passed away unexpected. Of course we had to deal with the bills from her hospital stay. We got the bill from Jordan Valley around the same time as the EOB from the insurance. We highly recommend them, they are fantastic and amazing nurses and doctors. Special thanks to Director of ICU and Telemetry and Covid-19 for the amazing job she does in this crazy Covid-19 pandemic. Thank you for all of your hard work as front liners and heroes.

The worst hospital I have dealt with. They don't know what insurances they work with. They are RUTHLESS at collecting money, they WILL send u to collections even if u are making good faith payments.

Love this place! Great nurses, paid attention and genuinely felt like they listened to and cared about us. Awesome.
