The Lebanon Missouri location is bad for never having openings for people who get sick. Leaving us to have to go to urgent care or the er which is so much more expensive, and insurances frown upon if the doctors offices are ipne, well. It crazy one would think they would leave like 3 or 4 openings for unexplained or certain circumstances of getting sick or such, but nope I was so sick last week and they said nothing til a week later umm I will be better by them I hope. Just frustrated over that. Other than that it ok I guess
Dr.'s are great from all my experiences. Which is about 5 to 6 years now. HOWEVER, that being said, the scheduling and phone personnel are typically not friendly and have on more than one occasion given me false info. Not to mention I missed my entire apt last time because of them. Won't go into details. Not happy with the many miscommunications on their part. Dr's get 5 stars though, it's not their fault. It's the people that run everything else.

Be prepared to play phone tag with them. Also they called to reschedule an appointment the morning of the appointment that had been on the schedule for a month because it conflicted with another patient. My husband already arranged for the day off to watch our daughter. Health clinic is a joke save your time and money go somewhere else

Be prepared to wait a long time just to get in. Their appointment system for new patients is a JOKE!!!!. Done be offended if you feel you are being looked down upon with a condescending attitude, do not expect to get all the information you need and dont expect anyone to return your phone calls if you have a problem or a question.
