Wonderful experience. Dr Slutsky has an excellent bedside manner. Office staff are helpful and friendly.
Dr. Chikwe is the best surgeon on the West Coast for my heart problem and I respect and value her advice.

I first learned about Dr. Joanna Chikwe from a friend that had a robotics mitral valve repair in November, 2024. I followed up with researching physicians that perform robotics mitral valve repair procedures. I liked what I read and learned about Dr. Chikwe and she fulfilled my highest expectations. Dr Slutsky was very sensitive to my concerns about my surgery. He informed me about everything that was going to happen. His staff was equally professional. The moment I entered the center I was greeted at the front desk with a smile. The receptionist processed all my information quickly. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and friendly, Dr. Slutsky explained everything that he was doing and made sure I was at ease the whole time. The waiting room and the room where the procedure was done was very clean and orderly. I was very comfortable the whole time.
