Terrible experience. Office would not accept my insurance even though they had my insurance approval, in writing, accepting their billing. I’ll go elsewhere since it seems this office puts money above a patient’s health.
Since I need injections every 4 months in my vocal cords, I am grateful he does it quickly, accurately and painlessly, every time!!
Dr. Weiner is thorough, patient, quite knowledgeable, and communicated well with me. He took his time which makes him run behind schedule, but I got just as much attention from him as those behind whom I waited. Smart, competent, kind doctor. Recommend him highly.
Doctor/nurse never came in to the exam room and left me there for 90mins until I left at 5:15pm. When leaving every one was gone office closes at 4:30pm the front desk had 1 person shuting down the computers. She was startled to see me. I told her I was leaving and she just said OK. I was angry at her lack of concern as to why I was leaving and then told her that tohe Dr Weiner never came in after sitting there for 90 mins. And then she just said OK again without any care. Dr. Weiner is not rushed and spends as much time as necessary. Competent and recommended by my PCP.
Dr. Emami did a procedure to open up my sinuses. I made two trips back to see him and he would not look at my nose. He just talked to me and told me to flush daily to keep it open. My primary had a MRI done three months later and it showed a total blockage instead of the partial blockage that showed before the office procedure. I felt not listened to with my complaints and had concerns of the follow up after the office procedure done.
Marissa is an extremely rude unprofessional disrespectful human being. She has no business working in any doctors office. She should be fired for talking sooo rudely to patients.
Dr. Weiner is a superb doctor who has performed a number of procedures on me. He is patient and explains everything clearly and offers options for you to consider. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
