Dr. Weiner is a superb doctor who has performed a number of procedures on me. He is patient and explains everything clearly and offers options for you to consider. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
On time highly professional and very easy
In September, 2015 I was diagnosed with a malignant tumor of the nasal septum, mucosal melanoma. This is a phenomenally rare and aggressive type of cancer which is almost always fatal within 2-5 years, even after surgery and radiation, due to its strong tendency to spread throughout the body to vital organs. When I asked about the possible risks/complications, I was immediately met with "next to none. You have a greater chance of being hit by a bus in my parking lot when you leave"..I took that immediate confidence and determined that I should move forward with my surgery. .....Well, I was hit by the bus as I still have no feeling or mobility in my face after my surgery 18 months ago...Additionally, NOWHERE in my medical records did he mention that I had complications after surgery, even noting the exact opposite in my post surg... read more
He over prescribed steroids which caused new problems, then when it didn't solve the problem, he dropped me like a hot brick.
I thought Dr. Weiner was wonderful. He was very thorough and quickly diagnosed my problem. The only issue I had was with the billing staff. I was required to pay in full at the time of my visit (standard procedure) but the amount I paid exceeded the amount my insurance said was owed. The office owes me a refund. I've been working on this for 5 months and am still waiting.
Dr. Weiner is outstanding. I am so glad that I found him. He solved my problem when other ENTs did not. Thank you Dr. Weiner.
Dr. Weiner provided excellent treatment throughout the diagnosis of my tumor and removal of it. He appears to have done thosands of surgeries so I felt I was in the best care. I recovered rather quickly from a tumor on my soft palette (back of mouth, next to gums). It is challenging getting through to the appointment lines at times. The only big complaint I have is his scheduling staff (the one who schedules the surgery) did NOT call me nor return my call so I had to repeatedly call.
He listens,very concerned & does a great job.
