When I asked about the possible risks/complications, I was immediately met with "next to none. He over prescribed steroids which caused new problems, then when it didn't solve the problem, he dropped me like a hot brick.
I thought Dr. Weiner was wonderful. He was very thorough and quickly diagnosed my problem. The only issue I had was with the billing staff. I was required to pay in full at the time of my visit (standard procedure) but the amount I paid exceeded the amount my insurance said was owed. The office owes me a refund. I've been working on this for 5 months and am still waiting.
Dr. Weiner is outstanding. I am so glad that I found him. He solved my problem when other ENTs did not. Thank you Dr. Weiner.
Dr. Weiner provided excellent treatment throughout the diagnosis of my tumor and removal of it. He appears to have done thosands of surgeries so I felt I was in the best care. I recovered rather quickly from a tumor on my soft palette (back of mouth, next to gums). It is challenging getting through to the appointment lines at times. The only big complaint I have is his scheduling staff (the one who schedules the surgery) did NOT call me nor return my call so I had to repeatedly call.
He listens,very concerned & does a great job.
Dr. Weiner and his staff have been very consistently competent, friendly, capable, and professional! He was my surgeon for chronic sinusitis and deviated septum and I highly recommend him. His thoroughness and clinical competency will far exceed even the highest of expectations. He will give you as much time as needed to fully answer all questions and explain everything in detail.
Overall a great experience. Scheduling is very efficient and flexible. The staff is professional, courteous and efficient. Most importantly, Dr. Weiner is outstanding. The entire experience from diagnosis to treatment to follow up has been seamless and effective.
Dr. Weiner is one of the most intelligent and knowledgeable doctors that I have ever seen. He did a thyroid biopsy on me and did not botch it. He diagnosed a sinus infection in me on two occasions after my regular internal medicine Dr. told me that there was nothing wrong with me. On top of that, his bedside manner is excellent. He actually LISTENS to what you have to say and does not rush you in and out. I would never consider seeing anyone but Dr. Weiner for ear, now & throat issues.
