I went to this salon for the first time based on all the good reviews and because the stylist Cierra told me she could cut my hair exactly like a picture I showed to her. My hair came out nothing like the picture. It was uneven and sloppy. The shaved part of my hair was not faded correctly and there is a chunk missing in the back. I asked for a refund and they will not respond to my messages or emails. I would not recommend this place, horrible customer service.

Scheduled an appointment with Kendra Hamby. She has done an amazing job twice now! Also, scotts staff are always nice.
Cierra was amazing! She was able to not only get my hair from purple to teal in one sitting, but was such a professional and a sweetheart. I would recommend her to everyone!
Thanks Kendra Hamby. Hair and make-up was perfect for 8th grade formal!
