He took my son’s tonsils and adneoids out. Very good experience and his staff was great.
We had a great experience with Dr. Schramm for my daughter’s ear tube procedure! He was incredibly patient, kind and understanding throughout the process. It really put us at ease. However, the wait times in the office were quite frustrating—both our pre-op and post-op appointments involved waiting over an hour past our scheduled time. Our post op appt we weren’t seen for an hour and a half after our scheduled appt. Dr Robins is way better. They don’t actually care about people in this office.
Their inability to humanize their patients is astounding especially considering they practice pediatrics. I don’t blame Dr. Schramm for our child’s post-op complications from his tonsil and adenoid removal. However, I do blame him entirely for the lack of care he gave to and for our child during his recovery. After 3 trips to the ER and an overnight stay at Primary Children’s for post-op bleeding over the course of two weeks, we never saw Dr. Schramm.
