Never in my life will I trust Dr. Schramm with any of my children again. After my son had his tonsils and adenoids removed and tubes placed in his ears, he was discharged from the hospital. Later that same day, he had to be rushed back by ambulance because he was gasping for air, turning bright red, and his lips were purple. He took my son’s tonsils and adneoids out. Very good experience and his staff was great.
We had a great experience with Dr. Schramm for my daughter’s ear tube procedure! He was incredibly patient, kind and understanding throughout the process. It really put us at ease. However, the wait times in the office were quite frustrating—both our pre-op and post-op appointments involved waiting over an hour past our scheduled time. Our post op appt we weren’t seen for an hour and a half after our scheduled appt.
