Dr. McCoy was personable and explained the hip replacement process thoroughly. I had accidentally missed my appointment (thinking it was an hour later). The office staff were very accommodating and worked me into Dr. McCoy's schedule. Even so, I did not feel rushed and feel very comfortable having Dr. McCoy as my surgeon.
He is awesome and I'm thankful he's helping me.
Dr McCoy made me feel very good about upcoming procedure and what to expect. His staff is great too.
