Highly communicative! Jordan River Moving were simply the best. Everything was wrapped, secured and Transported. Then carefully unwrapped and put everything where it was supposed to go. Excellent follow through. Guys were super efficient and it is the best quality deal you can get. Their attire looked very sophisticated, their way of talking really impressed me a lot. I will highly recommend them.
These guys are awesome. They helped me move my furniture down a big flight of stairs and and then up an even bigger flight of stairs. Everything went smoothly and the movers were super positive and professional, really a joy to work with. They sent out a mover the week before to scope the place and provide a quote. The end cost was exactly as quoted. No complaints. I'll definitely be using Jordan River Moving again next time I have a move.
Very punctual and friendly. Jordan River Moving crew did a great job. We used the unloading service with two employees for two hours. The rate was affordable and their service was fantastic. Very pleased with using this company. Highly recommended!
We used Jordan River Moving to unpack our shipping containers from a cross country move. They did a fantastic job, unpacking all 5 containers in record time. They also helped me assemble and arrange my furniture. The movers had a great attitude and made what could have been a stressful few hours a breeze. I would recommend booking them for all of your moving needs.
Jordan River Moving crew arrived at my house on time , they did a very good job caring for my belongings , the took the time to wrap and pad all my furniture ! They even made sure my walls are carpet were protected . The crew was very friendly and efficient threw out the whole move. We had a rather large job and they made the moving experience go the best it could , we will be referring them to everyone we know!
Jordan river moving company was contracted by a moving company that I hired. They had left one of my boxes on the truck and confirmed that the box was on the truck and would be redelivered next day. My moving company and myself reached out multiple times and mysteriously my box went missing and no one had answers. During my move, I ended up with someone else's furniture legs. I've used Jordan River for several moves and storage in the last few years. In particular, I worked with Sheena Silva. Sheena was always readily available to offer assistance and was very helpful when my moving dates needed adjustments. The movers were very courteous and went out of their way to accommodate s\t's notice. Also, it was very assuring that my costs did not change upward - if anything, they adjusted downward. The best movers in US. I would give them a 10 star if one such exists. The pick up staff were very courteous, friendly and professional. They know their work really well: they were on time, packed the items really well taking care of the delicate items, keeping track of every item and loaded the items very carefully and diligently.
