The staff at Jordan River Moving and Storage were professionals and much more. They were time efficient with calls, and dates. There were no hidden costs they were right on and were patient in explaining all charges. The customer service was outstanding. I had to leave before they had all my belongings unpacked, I was skeptical and found out there still are good, honest people out there, they went above and beyond to assist me in the delivery. I thank all the staff. 5 stars..

I had a long haul move. It couldn't have been any smoother. The staff is outstanding, details explained completely, no hidden costs, deadline oriented and very honest. I had to leave before the driver had all my belongings unpacked believe me I was skeptical to leave, relieved and pleasantly surprised the delivery person went above and beyond to assist in getting my belongings unpacked. An outstanding experience with Jordan River Moving results with a very strong recommendation from me. Thanks again!
The movers came on time, were courteous and took good care of the furniture. Nothing got broken in the move.
In-laws used them when no one else would take a day job. All the other movers wanted 2 day work but Jordan River came through!
We were connected with JR movers via our real estate agent. Mata and his crew were FANTASTIC. Very VERY nice guys, and they treated all of our stuff with great care. They showed up ON TIME. And they helped us move out of our 3 story town home, and our storage unit. Excellent movers in Kirkland area. They arrived on time and worked very efficiently. The team went out of their way to accommodate a few requests that we had. The time wad quoted accurately, in fact we got the refund few weeks after the move since they were able to complete in less time than originally quoted.
Can't ask for better Servise and the most important any thjng they promise they do . Can't find allot off company like this one . I recommend this company %100 .!
Jordan River is a fair priced moving company with honest, hard-working staff. The were not the cheapest, but in my experience, they were the best. I have used many moving companies to move in/out of high-rises which is a good test of efficiency and they made the mark. They are also willing to bring stuff from Oregon at a cost cheaper than the moving company that has it storage. They really do deserve high marks!
