Renee Maries was wonderful. I contacted her because she had sold several condos in my complex and is knowledgeable of the property. She guided me on selling my condo, the renovations I needed to make to sell the property, contractors to make the renovations, and the overall process. Once the condo was ready to list, I received updates from multiple sites that listed my property. It was a pleasure working with her and her team at JRE!

ReneeMarie and her staff are STELLAR! Renee visited our house months before we put it on the market and gave us advice on the best areas to refurbish. During the months of renovations, she cheered us on and when it was time to list it, within one week she presented us with excellent offers. Her office expertly guided us through the tedious and confusing escrow process and we are forever grateful to them all!

Renee lacks integrity, reneged on a contract. I am a buyer and she accepted my offer then sent a counter. Per the contract we had until 5pm on the third day to respond to her counter, she and my realtor agreed on two days so I could view the property. She accepted another offer without informing my realtor before the agreed deadline and before the contract expiration. Cringe worthy, will report her to the board.
