Dr. Nomie is the exception. Sometimes in life we are blessed by exceptional people. Dr. Nomie is that person. I have had 16 surgeries. Spent 8 months straight in a hospital. Spent 7 months in-hospice care . Survived. I have vast experience. Obviously. The medical system is a terribly dangerous mess. But again Dr. Nomie stands out.
