once you get your vehicle noone wants to help..3 wks in and we had issues (check engine/ transmission light came on, lost power on the freeway) I have voice-mail stating they could not help us to take it elsewhere. I was told to leave my kids home alone if I was worried..after we told them we were afraid to drive a vehicle that was losing power all the way to them. We weren't offered a loaner , we were told the manager was upset that we didn't want to pay the 100 dollar deductible so we weren't getting one. Truck gets there ... read more

Envy, I just read you review and wanted to reach out. I am sorry you had issues with your Jeep. We do our best to make sure our cars are dependable and reliable. Sometimes things break. It is unfortunate but it happens. When you had issues with your Jeep you dropped it off to us and you DID receive a loaner car. I remember because you needed something big enough for your kids which we provided. My technician checked the Jeep and cleaned the terminals, tested the battery and reflashed the PCM. Worst customer service to date. Understandingly it was late in the day I went looking at their corvettes and one of the salesman just stood there and watch me like I was trash. I had my eyes on a c6 in their lot. When I went to inquire about said vehicle they locked the door and proceeded to walk away from the windows and act as if I wasnt there. Larry made the car buying process stress free, He was patient and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and had our needs in mind. Larry had the car all ready for us when we arrived, the paperwork was really fast and before we knew it we where driving away in our awesome new car. everyone was up front, this is an awesome place to buy a car, you won't be disappointed.
