I got in fast , she solved the problem, was treated with RESPECT, She was so happy toBe able to help me . I would have waited MONTHS had I not called her . The WHOLE OFFICE is outstanding, All my questions were answered, I was told up front what I would have to pay there were no surprise charges on my bill the office girls were very courteous, polite and friendly.
Absolutely awful dentist. More than happy to treat children poorly when she's called out for a mistake. Plenty of other wonderful, credible dentists around. This one is NOT IT!
I previously saw another dentist that worked in Dr. Jordan's practice, and I was very pleased with that dentist. When he left the practice, I was assigned to Dr. Jordan. She was not very kind to me. She did not engage in conversation with me or take my tooth pain very seriously. I had to go to another dentist to get my tooth issue resolved. I called to see about scheduling an appointment for my daughter, the receptionist was very short and rude and did not seem to want to take the time to answer any of my questions. This being said, I ended up not making an appointment due to the fact that if this is how their service is on the phone, I cannot imagine how it would be in the office. Very disappointed.
In need of a wisdom tooth extraction; I called, and they sent my new patient paperwork to my email, had me scheduled and done in less than two hours. Dr. Mahajan was thorough, efficient and pleasant, and his assistant was just as good. I will go back.
My kids love going here! The staff is so sweet and the Drs are wonderful.
