I used Jordan as my realtor when I bought my house in Niagara and didn’t feel that I was properly represented as a buyer. He actually discouraged and/or belittled/laughed at me when I was saying that I was going to have 2 inspectors do the inspection to help ensure that everything is caught. I’M PAYING for the inspections so his ridicule should have been a red flag! The inspector that ended up being used did not catch/advise of a number of issues which MIGHT have been caught had I had 2.
