For short: Friendly environment, straightforward, knowledgeable, and nice social cues. For long: Went in to do a routine eye exam and see about frames/contacts. Testing was straight forward and no hassle so pretty good. Putting in contacts for the first time was a funny experience overall as one contact refused to sit on my eye. And I always go for a specific brand of glasses and they were able to point it out right away without needing to check a single thing. It was overall a quick, and enjoyable experience.

Everything went well until the very end of appointment. The employee who was assisting us stepped away for a moment, but ended up helping a new set of customers. We didn't even realize this until another employee asked if we needed help with anything. I still needed to pay for my glasses, which is what previous employee was supposed to be helping with. It was a very bizarre customer service experience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but weird communication at the end of the visit led to us having to wait an extended period of time to make our purchase with no clue of what was actually going on.
