This office is a joke. We have been in twice for a UTI test and both times they threw the urine away and didn’t even test it but they changed me. I was told they wouldn’t charge me but they did bill and my insurance was billed also. Then I get a call saying I had 72 hrs to call them. Seriously they don’t follow through with what they say they are going to do. This billing office is a joke too. Everything! Dr Brenten Pugh is my PCP. He and his crew/staff are all fantastic.
I highly recommend Dr. Brent Pugh. I first met him when my first child was born 7 years ago. His been our family doctor since then. Dr. Pugh is very warm and friendly. He actually takes the time to listen your concerns and doesn't rush you out the door compared to some other doctors. Dr. Pugh is very knowledgeable and always gives you a variety of solutions to a particular problem. 3 visits for an ingrown toenail and never received proper treatment. Each time they just prescribed antibiotics due to staff being unqualified to cut a toenail. Incompetent scheduling staff, shortage of available qualified doctors, and possible insurance fraud for delaying treatment for monetary gain.
I have been coming here for over 10 years now! The staff and Drs all of them are amazing. Dr hamp is my PCP and Liana is my secondary for when Dr hamp is super busy ;) . We love it here and even though we are all the way in tooele , we still come out here. Amazing practice highly recommended.
