Shout out to Brad! I destroyed my wedding band. Through email I was able to set up an appointment to have it looked at while abiding to the social distancing requirements. Brad was able to get it fixed and back to me in 2 days for a great price! It looks better than that day we bought it! Thank you so much!
My mom loves out of town and wanted her Vostok wedding ring fixed. I took it into Fred Meyer and they quoted me wayyyyy to much. I told my mom let me call around and see what I can find. So I went to google and found Jordan’s. Made a phone call and told him about my frustration...he said stop right there and bring it into my shop. So I did just that. Jordan was great!!! Fantastic customer service. They greet you when you walk in, they take plenty of time to gauge your interests, knowledge level and needs, and they have an abundantly-friendly dog named "Tug"! Again, I was very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. The owner, Brad, is a heck of a guy and I have thoroughly enjoyed speaking with him each time I've gone in.
