After searching for what we thought was a unicorn, Jordan and his team found my Fiance and I a property off market. Jordan was even willing to lower his commission to make the number make sense for both the seller and us. We were completely new to the real estate world and Jordan set us up with a lender, contractors, handymen, etc. This was the biggest purchase of our lives and unlike most it was smooth due to the fact we weren’t competing with other buyers on the market.
