WORST FURNITURE PLACE EVER The only shining star in this place the sales girl, Monica ?. The managers only look for dollars and have NO concept of Customer Service. 1/2 of our dining chairs broke at 2 1/2 months after purchase. They were assembled by Jordan Furniture contracted delivery people. By admittance the screws were overtightened which led to them supports breaking and landing 4 of our guests to the ground during a dinner party. Better off going to the guild or craiglist to buy furniture!...place is one big joke...and the idiots that work there help and talk to other customers while they help you. ....and they never answer there phone...once you get inside store u have to squeeze through furniiture to even get around..its truly a ghetto store ..with ghetto bitches working ...never buy from here ever!!promise u will regret it.
Came into this place and the manager loay was cool as hell. We got along great and he was very helpful in everything I needed even with me being very picky. I ordered a full bed trundle and a kitchen table. He did not have what I wanted in stock but the turn around was only 3 days. He gave me a really good deal and I would recommend my friends and family to this place! I will be coming back for a dinning table for my dining room. This is the place to go!!

Went to buy mattress the person who helped us was also helping others and never explained lease agreement. Try to pressure things up and have you sign quickly. They write you an invoice with one amount and on the lease it states another. They tried ripping me off with cancellation restocking fee of a matress i never got.Misleading and dishonest business they are not straight forward of there business.
