We went months without our contracted assistance people. The supervisor for our area. In Paris Texas was horrible. She would not listen to what I told her and she treated me like I was a toddler. I cant walk. I'm not stupid.
This review is for the answer services used after hours. I just called to get a nurse to come see about my dad's hand and the lady that answered had a hard time understanding me for some reason. I had to ask if she was with Elara at all. She actually asked me if I was a nurse at one point. She was not really listening to what I was asking her. I had to spell out my name twice to her. I worked for this company for about a year. Could not get supplies had to buy my own. Paycheck not right. Then when i had to take off for my son's death and then told my supervisor i was ready to come back to work but wouldn't go back to my last client she said she didn't have anyone to send me to. Went with another company
My brother has had trouble getting to to fine someone. And taking forever to get someone.
