Jordan Electric installed a kitchen light for me. Installation was very well done.
They came to do some electrical work for me. When I called I told them on the phone what I wanted done. When they got here they didn't have what they needed on the truck; they then left took an hour before return. charging me that hour on top of everything. The apprentice was great. However the other guy main electrician had an attitude. When I called the main office about the hour charged I got every excuse about why I was charged an hour for them being gone whole hour. This morning I walked into a critical electrical loss in our business. I called JEC at 0627 today expecting to leave a plea for help on a machine. Instead, I got a very positive response from Jessie that they'd dispatch a team quickly this morning. As committed, that team arrived and listened to my discovery and set to work.
