Everyone at the office is fantastic. From the time you walk through the door to the cleaning to the time spent with the dentists themselves. They are on time, every time, professional, personable and make going to the dentist a much more pleasant experience. Sharla is super! She is gentle and explains everything she's doing and why. With a large famliy, dental expenses are large component. Since joining O'Rourke, our level of care has improved but it always seems there are multiple upcharges for services that make sense but if they are the standard of care then they should be becoming reasonable and customary best practice and recognized and covered by insurance or at least be becoming more affordable. I shouldn't see stains on my teeth after I receive a dental cleaning. I shouldn't have to return to the dentist to have fluoride reapplied when it should be done right the first time. Your office is the only dental practice I've been to where a dentist checks teeth before cleaning is complete, and doesn't check/ensure applicants of sealants or fluoride are correct before a patient leaves. I also dislike gum line probing.
Have the same feelings as my wife about the %5 payment in full discount. I feel it should be a consideration when the bill is paid right away and in full payment no matter what procedure or amount of the bill.
