Great customer service and very welcoming!
Rude customer service. If I have paid for my check up & my xrays are included, I shouldn’t have to ask more than 3 times for them to be sent to my email. Or when I call be told “I’ll ask the girl if she can send them soon” after I called earlier for them. Or when I told her I needed them she wanted to avoid sending them to my email & asked if I have an appt somewhere else and she could just send them there. WHY CANT YOU JUST FOLLOW A SIMPLE REQUEST AND SEND THEM TO ME THE TIMES THAT I HAVE ASKED? The sass was unnecessary.
This place is so awesome! The doctor is so kind, patient and knowledgeable! Very thorough and answers all your questions. He is amazing with my 3 year old too! Staff is always so friendly and professional! I will recommend to everyone.. we are patients for life! ❤️
