Rented from Jordan Creek and Mills for 5 years in two different properties. Great experience. Maintenance was fast and professional when we needed them and the office staff was always working to ensure renters had a good experience. I loved that they were dog friendly and had a little dog park on site. Only stopped renting from them because I moved to a different city!

We moved out of Jordan mills four years ago. We were told that our account balances were settled, and the apartment was left in very good condition. A year later, we received a notice that there was still a balance due in the account. We paid the surprise remaining balance and we were assured by the office AGAIN that all balances were paid. Now we are receiving calls from debt collectors for an additional $75 fee from Jordan Mills that the office missed TWICE when we were settling balances. One of the most concerning issues was the persistent wasp infestation. It was extremely unpleasant to have dozens of wasps inside the apartment, especially when the gaps they entered through were located directly beside the bed. Waking up to wasps in the bedroom became a recurring and stressful experience, and it raised serious concerns about maintenance and safety.
