We moved out of Jordan mills four years ago. We were told that our account balances were settled, and the apartment was left in very good condition. A year later, we received a notice that there was still a balance due in the account. We paid the surprise remaining balance and we were assured by the office AGAIN that all balances were paid. Now we are receiving calls from debt collectors for an additional $75 fee from Jordan Mills that the office missed TWICE when we were settling balances. One of the most concerning issues was the persistent wasp infestation. It was extremely unpleasant to have dozens of wasps inside the apartment, especially when the gaps they entered through were located directly beside the bed. Waking up to wasps in the bedroom became a recurring and stressful experience, and it raised serious concerns about maintenance and safety. My mom helped me out and cosigned 400$ on this place I didn't get approved and my mom said the lady seemed nice on the phone but unfortunately she never got her 400$ back even after I called them and she called them as well still nothint so it's pretty damn disappointing they did that, do not trust them.
