Mike Joos is a true craftsman. He did a wonderful job on our floors and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. He is organized, dependable and does a great job communicating with home owners. His talent and personable manner are a winning combination.
Michael did an outstanding job in January of 2018. He was able to match our current wood flooring with new areas of new wood flooring. We have a lot of angles and corners in our layout and his work was exceptional. Completed according to schedule. He was friendly and professional.

Michael Joos is a true professional! He arrived on time every day, took the time to answer any/all questions, and stayed right on budget. I could not have asked for more! Our existing hardwood floors were sanded and re-finished and they match perfectly with the newly installed hardwood in the rest of our home. I highly recommend Joos Hardwood Floor. Make sure to plan accordingly, he is booked out far into the future, but well worth the wait.
Had my floors installed in March 2018 and they are beautiful!!! Joos was able to feather into the existing hardwood floors AND even fixed the mistakes that the previous installer had made (different company that is no longer in business). What a professional and artist! Michael truly takes pride in "his" floors and the end results show this. I will NEVER use anyone else for my future hardwood flooring projects. I cannot say enough about the workmanship, you just don't find that very often anymore. Next is the master suite!
My floors look amazing. I never thought I would see the wood grain in my dining room again because the floors were so worn. Joos feathered the finish into the bedrooms (which weren't done) so that there was no discernable "line." Joos arrived on time and completed the work professionally. Would totally use again if we decide to empty those bedrooms out.......
