During a consultation, Fred will always take the time to answer my questions and to explain how I can help to keep my body strong and mobile between visits. Fred Cappon is a well versed professional in his field. The practice staff are always welcoming and friendly too. Fred is caring and gentle in his treatment and he also extends good guidance relative to fitness.
I visited Fred 2 years ago after I enquired whether a chiropractor could help with neuralgia. I have suffered with terrible shingles like headaches from the age of around 12.
