If you want to waste your time, go here. It was the WORST experience with customer service that I've ever had! I had to deal with mistake after mistake after mistake from most of the team. It was very clear that they didn't care at all as they didn't even try to rectify the mistakes. I won't go through everything as I would be here for forever. I ended up going elsewhere. I won't be surprised WHEN they close down.
We recently had vinyl plank installed by Carpet Court and highly recommend them. Lee was great to deal with and accommodated our need to delay install when our builder delayed handover. The installer was also professional and did a wonderful job. We're very happy with how our floors look.
To date I have had a terrible experience with Carpet Court Joondalup. I have dealt with multiple people known who take ownership of the really poor service I have had. After a couple of interactions I decided to perservere with them as I had already invested a lot of my time. I put my order in 10 days ago and was told turn around is usually 2 weeks. Went in around 2 weeks ago, picked 3 samples and asked for quotes on each. I emailed through my floor plan and heard absolutely nothing back. When I returned the samples, I specifically confirmed which option I wanted quoted and asked for it to be emailed through. Still nothing. Followed up again via email chasing the quote… crickets. Ended up going to Carpet Call instead, who were efficient, reliable and genuinely helpful from the start.
