We just visited Jons Bridal in Allentown. We had a wonderful experience!! Lynn couldnt have been more helpful in showing us how the dresses would fit on each of our bridesmaids. We even kept them a little beyond closing time. Would recommend them to anyone!!
The place was a mess! Gowns were everywhere and the service was nothing! They made my daughter and I feel second rate and the store had ugly gowns everywhere. Think yad find one nice one among the mess. Would understand if it were busy but no one bothered to help, they just stood talking to one another. No sevice at all. Not impressed and wonder where these other people shopped? Certainly not at this store!
This bridal store was absolutely fabulous. My daughter and her wedding party had the best experience by far and we found beautiful dresses (for all) at reasonable prices. I cant say enough nice things about them and as the MOB I plan on heading back there for my dress as well. OUTSTANDING!!

This place was so rude, my daughter went in for prom and all they could show her was ugly dresses that looked really common and We left immediately, cant imagine their bridal is any better dont go!!!
Want to feel like a second class citizen? Make a trip to Jons Bridal! You will be greeted by a less than helpful, eye rolling, nose in the air, group of women. ...and the icing on your wedding cake... Non returnable dresses ordered in the wrong size!! Brides Beware!!!!!

I bought my wedding dress at Jons in 2004 and recommended it to my daughter who is getting married this year (2008). We bought her gown there today and this experience was as pleasant as the first time. The people are very friendly and warm, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend Jons for a relaxing, low-pressure, shopping experience.
