I just ordered my dream wedding dress from Jons Bridal by Suzanne! They were so nice and really went out of their way for me. They put a lot of effort into getting a sample dress in the store that I loved from pictures and I really appreciated it because its the perfect dress for me! Both Suzanne and the girls that work there are extremely helpful and so nice! I loved my experience with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience with helpful people!

I have nothing but nice things to say about Jons Bridal I purchased my prom dress here and it was wonderful as well as my bridesmaid dresses! They were very nice and helpful! I would recommend them to everyone!!

I strongly disagree with the bad reviews. I went in today to just look at wedding dresses, not even thinking of buying one but when I went into the boutique from the time I entered until the time I left, the ladies were absolutely wonderful. Its a small boutique, so its very personally. When I was in there today trying gowns on, the ladies would stop whatever they were doing and look at me in the gown. At that time I was the only girl in there trying gowns on, so I had their undivided attention which was very nice. I would r... read more

I purchased my wedding dress from Jons in March 2007. I had a fantastic experience with all of the women who assisted my bridesmaids and me throughout the months leading up to my wedding, particularly Jen. She was so kind, sweet, and genuine and it made my experience so much more enjoyable. Having visited about 20 different bridal boutiques across Eastern PA on my quest for the perfect wedding dress, I feel confident highly recommending Jons to friends and family for a great bridal experience.
Jons Bridal is a disgrace! They were going to charge me a \$100 rush fee for my Mori Lee dress. I ended up buying my dress from another shop and they told me that Mori Lee does not even do rushes!! If you go there you should notice they take all of the tags out of the dresses so you dont know they are actually selling you a knock off version of the dress and charging you the designer price. The ladies at Jons Bridal by Suzanne went above and beyond to find me the perfect wedding dress, which I just ordered. They are not pushy and extremely helpful and friendly. It is a small boutique with personalized service, which is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this place.
