First of all I do not write negative reviews on places of business. Especially small locally owned business. However, this time is that exception. Jon went down a rabbit hole with my vehicle chasing problems that wasn't a problem whatsoever. In that time racking up nearly 1800 in labor costs. Turned out the engine itself was spent and the 1800 was for a figurative fishing expedition. Fantastic shop! Friendly, knowledgeable, fair, timely service and repair. Found and fixed the rattle another shop caused then claimed they couldn’t find or hear. Won’t take my VWs anywhere else now.
Sent a late night email hoping for help. Searching for my daughters first car. Jon and Kristen responded first thing in the morning and fit me in for a Pre-Purchase inspection. The inspection was more than I could have asked for. More detailed and better explained than any shop I have ever taken a vehicle to. Had this been the right car for her, I would absolutely had Jon handle every bit of maintenance for this vehicle! Please take your VW to Jon before you buy!
