Jonny has been my property manager for a year and I hope much longer to come! As a tenant, he makes sure I have a great experience while also providing the same for the owner. He is incredibly proactive, responsive, and kind. He's been very helpful in every request or question I have while keeping me informed on any inspections, bills due that are in the owners name, etc. I highly recommend!
Jonny has been my property manager for many years and across multiple properties. He is absolutely fantastic and has made my life so much easier! He is very responsive as well as very proactive on all matters. He continually rents out my properties quickly, takes care of repairs with great efficiency, and even handles payment of property taxes and insurance. I highly recommend Jonny for anyone looking for a property manager.
Jonny managed my property for 5 years in the Windermere neighborhood. He found great tenants and managed them well. He made being a landlord easy. If I recall he was not the cheapest property manager, but I'm so glad I hired him. He got me great tenants at great rental rates. I had no issues or vacancies over 5 years. You get what you pay for! He also has a great contractor network and kept the property well maintained for very reasonable prices. Would hire him again tomorrow if I needed to rent a house again.
Jonny did a stellar job managing our rental for four years. He is attentive and fair, shows good judgement, and is very easy to communicate with. I recommend him unconditionally!
I have been working with Jonny since 2017 in which he has helped me find great tenants, dealing with handymen, contractors and the HOA.
