Patient of hers for several years now and would defintely recommened for patients such as myself with numerous complex and intricate diagnosed conditions. She is very open to dialouge about treatments, therapies, lifestyle changes, etcetera. She does not push for unnecessary or excessive medications, treatments, vaccinations, etcetera. I have been a grateful patient of Joni's since 2018. She is kind, thourogh, extremely knowledgeable. She is an engaged listener and is willing to explore options. My husband is also a patient. I have found all of the office staff I have ever dealt with to be kind, helpful, and patient considering how busy they are.
Joni is the best. She listens to her patients' concerns and helps explain treatment so that I know what is the best next step for my health. My whole family sees her now.
The staff is extremely rude. I arrived for my appointment and stood in a line to check in for such a long that it made me late for my appointment. Then they told me that because it was 10 minutes past my appointment time that they would not see me and I would have to reschedule. Absolutely insane seeing as it was the staff’s fault that I was late cause they are unable to get patients checked in in a timely manner.
