We tried unsuccessfully to sell our house "by owner" and pretty much gave up. Joni came along, had some suggestions on how to market it including pricing, photos and staging, and POOF! she got it under contract in three days. She also helped negotiate a few bumps in the road and took it through closing in a fun and professional manner. We would recommend her highly for both buyers and sellers.
