When I was at my sickest with Colon Cancer I went to see Dr. Tilford. She made me wait over an hour in a very crowded waiting room on a hard chair-it was so painful for me to sit upright after just having a stent put in. They did not care. There was also a severe Covid surge but they packed the waiting room. At the appt. Dr. Tilford was very cold and uncaring towards me. An excellent physician and oncologist always willing to go the extra mile by making sure I totally understood what the cancer was doing to my body. Saw me through some of the most difficult times of my life. Always straightforward with the very difficult news of my diagnosis and yet an encourager with each step of the path forward thoroughly explained. She surrounds herself with a great team & is highly respected by the rest of my treatment team of physicians (surgeons, gp's & hospitalists).
I am in good hands with Dr Tilford. She has stayed on top of my illness for the last seven years. She is unfailingly positive even through the worst of the illness. I recommended her to my very best friend.
