I currently rent from them and have for almost two years. They are responsive to my requests. Today we had ice and they sent someone over with ice melt and sprinkled it around our doors, cars and our driveway. I appreciate that very much!
They were great while I lived there....very quick to respond to problems. However, when I moved, I never got my deposit back. It's been over 10 months now. I left a forwarding address when I moved in July 2015 and contacted them again with the address in November, but never got anything. EDIT: I received an apology and the deposit money. I believe it was just a miscommunication.
