Called to see what the next steps were on getting my daughter an MRI and spoked with someone at the front desk that acted like she would rather be pushing bamboo shoots under her nails than to answer if I needed to call to get it on the books or if they were doing it and calling me (my teen had went to the PT appt alone and I was just trying to get filled in from what she told me). Don't expect anyone at Matthews location to get back to you with test results. I too felt like they didn't understand why I was there even after explaining it in detail multiple times. Thought I loved this group of doctors but very disappointed this visit.

I’ve only been to this office about three times so far. The first visit went well, I received two injections in my hand to help add cushioning back into the joints where it had worn down. Lasted about a year. During my second visit, I met with my PA and Dr. Dickson. They confirmed that I did have an issue with my hand and explained that the doctor planned to cut the tight bands across my fingers to release them.
