Facility can fool you at first. Nice courtyard! Pretty flowers! But wait, what you go for is nursing and rehab. This facility is an epic fail. I got my mom out as quickly as was allowed. Would never recommend this facility to anyone!

This is my mother's 2nd round in this horrible place. It is absolutely ridiculous that she has been waiting on help for 30 min! I witnessed it first hand last week while I was there. And She has a horrible wound that hasn't been taken care of today. And she is calling me because no one will come help her. And no one is answering the phone. I am seriously considering an attorney for neglect. Shame on the management of this facility. Everyone one I have spoken to that had a loved one here says the same thing. In the 48 hours since my mother was admitted here there have been more than four potentially catastrophic errors. Beginning with failing to provide pain medications for 24 hours, and culminating in failing to provide food for lunch and failing coordinate a dialysis appointment resulting in my mother not having adequate oxygen for transport. Nice facility, but the workers do not check on the patients frequently. One person fell in her room was crying, it took 30 minutes for someone to come check on her. Should be ashamed. This could be your parent.
