RecommendedAll of the staff were very friendly and professional. They all took really great care of my cat Amber. Amber had to stay over for 3 nights due to a UTI with blockage. They called me everyday with updates on him, even though we were up there visiting him during his stay. Dr. Rhue is amazing and I highly recommend her! A friend asked me which veterinarian to use. I told her the only the most amazing veterinarian in town was Dr. Guntharpe at Jonesboro Pet Hospital. We have used them for 20 years. They truly are a blessing to our family.
Charged 150.00 for an 'emergency visit' even though I was not only in the office by 5:15, I was in a room by 6:00 and was not informed until I was handed the bill that it would be considered an emergency. I know they work long hard hours but thay charge was uncalled for especially as my whole family used them for years. Will find another more caring and understanding vet to take my dog to for future 'emergencies', thanks.
This is honestly the best vet we have been to. They truly do treat us like family and we are always greeted asking how our pets are by name. They love our pets like they are their own! Could not ask for a better vet to take care of my sweet babies❤️
They were excellent handling my very nervous dog! They made her fee safe with treats and gave her a bandana to wear. We had an awesome experience and will be back for future vet needs.
I used this vet clinic for 9 to 10 years with my pet as did my adult children. We took a stray kitten my daughter found on the side of the road (and was injured with eye trauma)there for help explaining the situation. The only help they would give without charging was putting the kitten down. I had to pay $150 for an antibiotic and something for pain for kitten. We found a smaller clinic that removed the eye and neutered the kitten for $200. The kitten is now 2 years old and living his best life with one eye. Needless to say... read more
The staff was very friendly.. especially Ben, he was very respectful and explain everything. He was good with Skipper, treated my baby like he was his own.. I am please with his doctor, He examine Skipper answer all my questions.. I thought today visit was a good price for me.. I will be taking Skipper plus my another dog, Cujo..thanks everyone.
