The purchase our x-ray machine from Jones X-ray, their service and our entire experience has been not short of fantastic! From help getting our x-ray room designed, selection of the actual machine, its installation - and then moving it to our new office just last year - Jim and his team have been outstanding to work with. Have already happily referred a couple of customers.

This has been the best sales/service experience I’ve had in my opening journey for my clinic. Before calling Jones X-Ray, I was getting a mix of information that was frankly leading me in the wrong direction. I hopped on google and sent a rather frantic message asking about an x-ray unit - a complete shot in the dark. Jim Jones called me within minutes of my inquiry, created my drawings within a day or so, and answered all of the questions I had about room measurements/radiation specifications. Excellent product and excellent customer service. So good at communicating, as well as helping with all-around x-ray machine maintenance, registration, and required inspection logs, etc. purchased new machine for a new office, and then, when we grew and moved to a better office, they moved the machine with us flawlessly! Happy customer since 2021!
