I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name I spoke with but a well deserved 5 star review to the man that i spoke with this morning. Not knowing who I was or what machine I have, he offered some Critical knowledge on a very old machine I’m working on and gave me a few things to check. I’m will be following up with these guys should I not be able to figure out my issue in the next few weekends! There’s something to be said about someone that takes the time out of their day to help a stranger and I appreciate it greatly!

He was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue, and he clearly described what he was seeing every step of the way (which was great, because I know next to nothing about cars!).
