Mike arrived promptly for our appointment to replace our kitchen faucet. He was quite skilled and did a great job... and he was exceptionally neat, even placing a drop cloth on the floor before he started working. He asked if we had any other concerns, and after mentioning our lack of sufficient hot water, he checked our water heater and gave us an honest opinion... it was just too small for our house (only a 30-gal.), but too new to replace and did not need to be rebuilt.
