I have had the best experience with having my teeth cleaned at this dental office. I have been to many trying to find the right place and the right dentist and hygienist. Thank you Dr. Riggins and Genevieve.
Tally at the front desk at the OKC location on I-240, was absolutely amazing! Extremely cheerful, friendly, patient, & made everything crystal clear. I called about an extensively complex treatment plan & billing questions. She was able to address, in detail, every one of my concerns & did so with a positive attitude. I was told it would take about 30-35 minutes to extract my husband teeth. It can up to an hour and half and I went to the desk to ask if everything was ok. The receptionist was very rude and no one was willing to find out for me. It was close to 2 hours before he came out and I was never updated. Also he is very hard of hearing, doesn’t understand a lot of stuff and forgetful and then did not bring me back and tell me any instructions for him at all. This is just not good business.
Came in for a toothache got in and my tooth taken out within 2 days the staff is super friendly and answered any questions I asked and they were definitely 10x cheaper than any other place I called
I’m excited to get my teeth! I wasn’t looking forward to it but Tally, Dr. Riggins and Shelby got me crazy excited about the whole process. I can’t hardly wait! This will be epic for me, just ask any one of my family members. Ready to be a social butterfly again and I’m going to quit hiding and avoiding everyone. Christmas is coming early for me!
