Never actually got past the receptionist. I called to get my 4 kids in. One child was supposed to have an appt and they forgot to put him in the computer. Receptionist was extremely rude and blamed me for her fault. This was after. She told me if I wasn't there they wouldn't see us again. She was also concerned that I would be pulling my kids out of school for their appts. They didn't have any appts for 2 months. I was referred to them by our old dentist, I will not be referring Jones office.
