Called in for an xray on my hand Saturday 15th November 2025. I am not exaggerating when I say the service I received from the receptionist was the best I have ever come across… she was friendly, warm, professional, efficient… and absolutely delightful! I hope she’s recognised for the way she represents Jones because she’s a rare individual. I’m getting all my X-rays done here in future in the hopes I see her again!! Massively, highly recommend. Great experience all round.

Fast, friendly, efficient, proficient and adjacent to a great coffee shop. Love the fun scrubs. So colourful and welcoming. Parking is a bit of a challenge.
Hi went today for CT ultrasound ,on entering the 3 reception we’re busy , but we’re so polite & apologies abt the wait which was fine, the receptionist had good eye contact/excellent communicator, & good listening skills. Once I was taken through for the renal CT ultrasound with contrast procedure, the technician was fantastic, so kind & respectful & knew his job & made me feel at ease , he tried to get the jelco in but not successful cause I have not good veins , so another technician attempted it also with no success, so I... read more
