After having moved household goods from one location to another; a distance of about 1.5 miles, damage occurred to a chair and one of the four wheels attached to it went missing. Items were not wrapped at all which is important during transfer because pictures were involved also as well as other furniture. This would have all been alright with resolution possible, but the most disappointing find was that an unrelated item to the move was not to be seen again. The care and professionalism shown by this team of 4 men was outstanding! Everything was on time, done efficiently yet carefully and delivered the same way. Our move was from one house to a smaller home and they showed much patience when I was trying to figure out how to fit the furniture in. We were very happy to find nothing broken or missing. 5+++ stars!
