Very professional, prompt and careful with belongings. Made cross country move in April 2024 with Jones Moving who were flexible with dates and reasonably priced. No issues. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Beyond upset about my experience with Jones Moving. ******* threatened me due to her sons error. Long story short, my move should have taken no more than 2.5 hours. It took them 3 hours ********************* over $600. The most upsetting part was the way ******* chose to handle the payment error and my dissatisfaction. Our crew moved all of your items from a ground floor residence and to a second floor residence. Based on your representation the move was quoted to take 2.5 hours. However, upon arriving at the second floor residence we found that the stairs were missing steps. Our crew could not move up and down the stairs as efficiently as normal.
