This company bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. I had originally decided not to go with them but things with the moving company I decided on went south really quickly. I then re contacted Jones moving. They went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone is so nice and polite and courteous. They handled my worldly treasures with extreme care. Delivered everything to ***** and unloaded with the same care as loading. I was very impressed. I highly recommend Jones Moving.
Jones Moving was very professional in every aspect of our move. We hired Jones Moving to move us from ***************** to ********, AZ and then to ******** and had no issues with anything they did. Beyond upset about my experience with Jones Moving. ******* threatened me due to her sons error. Long story short, my move should have taken no more than 2.5 hours. It took them 3 hours ********************* over $600. The most upsetting part was the way ******* chose to handle the payment error and my dissatisfaction. Our crew moved all of your items from a ground floor residence and to a second floor residence. Based on your representation the move was quoted to take 2.5 hours. However, upon arriving at the second floor residence we found that the stairs were missing steps. Our crew could not move up and down the stairs as efficiently as normal.
